Refund and Cancellation

We value the trust our users repose in us and hence love to get it right for each of them. We have a refund and cancellation policy that gives value for your money every time you trust us with your purchase.

Replacement, exchange or refund is the possible resolution for any complaints with regard to our products and services.

If you have received an item that does not stand up to your expectation or satisfaction, you may request for a replacement.

 

Replacement

Once we receive your replacement  request we will send you a “Return Label” /replacement code if replacement is approved and you can return the defective item to us mentioning  the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return. We will dispatch a new item as soon as we receive the defective one. However, if any shipping charges is involved for returning the defective item, that will be borne by you.

If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

 

Free Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the products or services delivered to you by us, you can always go for an exchange. In exchange for one product or service, you can have another of same monetary value.

 

Refund

In case of any genuine complaint against our products and services, the user can contact us within two working days  for resolution. Revocation of an order and subsequent refund are possible if we fail to resolve the issue within a stipulated time after we receive your complaint. Refunds are provided when

we cannot provide replacement

 

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

- Return request is made outside the specified time frame

- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it

- Any consumable item which has been used or installed

 

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

 

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

 

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
